The
famous sacred valley, named this way by the Incas,
is located to the south of country, a few kilometers
from the city of Loja, capital of the province
of the same name. Arabic Typica coffee is basically
produced here, at an altitude of 1200 m above
sea level. The altitude and climate of this region
are privileged, and its temperature oscillates
between 18ºC and 25ºC. it has even been called
"the lost paradise", because its generous soil
practically doesn't need to be worked on to produce
fruits that provide food to the inhabitants of
this valle.
