San
Cristobal. the third greatest one (588,50 km), was where
in 1875 French agronomists, cultivated a special variety
of Arabic coffee. This fine coffee is called " Antiguo
Bourbon ".
In
the original plantation, the property was formed " the
Coffee plantation - San Cristobal ", who has continued
the tradition to cultivate Old Bourbon in his 400 hectares.
This property is located in mountains of San Cristobal,
where the flora is abundant and the coffee plants grow
under a forest pavilion.
