The lands are located in the outskirts of the Andes mountain range, in the subtropical humid forests area, at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level. The extension of this country property is of approximately 200 hectares of coffee plantations, in which for 50 years, 100 hectares of natural forest have been kept always supporting ecology in the preservation of native species.
